The first thing you need to know is that how to get or trigger this side quest called Globe-trotting Gourmet. So let me tell you that in order to get this quest you need to interact with an NPC called Bartell Spohn who can be found towards east of Tavira.
After interacting with him you need to select the “We meet again, gourmet” option to get this quest. Some conversation will then take place after which he will ask for a Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie from you.
He will further say that he needs the pie just as a sample. After that he will be able to replicate it to make it’s recipe and share it with you. This means you will be able to get Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie recipe as one of the rewards after completing this quest.
So as you can see that it’s quite funny that you need to give the NPC a Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie in order to complete this quest. But to make this Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie you first need to know it’s recipe, which can be obtained only after completing the quest.

You actually don’t even need to cook or make a Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie. The reason is because you can get a ready made pie by going to Dragonsaerie > Market > Merchant > Trade. From there you can purchase a Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie for just 1500 gold.
After purchasing it just give it to Bartell to complete this quest and obtain the rewards. As mentioned earlier, the rewards will also include Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie recipe. On reading the recipe you will find it’s ingredients which are as follows – 2x Elven Wheat, 1x Beast Meat and 1x Lumina Tarragon.
Elven Wheat can be obtained by gathering at Sythairelan and trading at Sunrise Camp and Lalvano. Lumina Tarragon can be obtained from Goldbourne Farm and Famos or by trading at Famos and Dragonsaerie. To learn about how to get Beast Meat you can check this post.
Since you know the recipe now but i still recommend you to purchase it instead of cooking at your Camp. The reason is because some players have mentioned that Bartell will only accept the pie you purchase from Dragonsaerie. Therefore you might not be able to finish the quest if you bring a cooked pie to him.
If you are wondering about what stat boosts do you get on consuming a Dragon Deity’s Blessing Pie then let me tell you that it increases all heroes’ max HP by +10% and Attack by +5% for 600 seconds. So you can make more of this pie to obtain these boosts.
