Frozen City Adventure Mode Guide, Tips & Strategy!

Adventure is a special game mode in Frozen City mobile game. This is one of the two special game modes available in the game right now, the other one is Battle mode. Adventure mode is a fun and interesting mode which requires you to make the best possible choice at each encounter. After completing an Adventure session you are rewarded with a variety of items. In this Adventure guide i am not only going to explain you the basics of this mode but also share useful adventure tips and strategy to help you get the maximum possible rewards. Frozen City Adventure Mode Guide

You can access this game mode by arriving on map and then tapping on “Adventure” button at bottom left corner of the screen. Make sure you are zoomed into the map (which is default state) otherwise you won’t see this button. If you are zoomed out (map displaying all cities) then tap on magnifying glass button at center to see the Adventure button. Also note that you need to reach the 3rd location (Plain City) on map to unlock Adventure mode.

In this mode you begin with 3 heroes of your choice and then advance as far as possible. However you won’t be left alone with just these 3 heroes, together with your 3 initial choices you will also get to choose different units of your choice throughout your adventure session. You will be facing max 20 encounters during which you will need to fight a variety of enemies. You will get to pick a unit before each encounter. These units could include animals and heroes you have already unlocked and they will give you a specific benefit.

At the top of screen you can see how many encounters you have completed out of max 20. At the bottom of the screen you can see an energy bar which has a max capacity of 150. Each encounter consumes 10 energy which means you will be able to clear only 15 out of 20 encounters. Although you can use certain units to restore or reduce the amount of energy consumption but i don’t recommend picking those units, i will explain the reason later in this post so just continue reading.

Just above energy bar at bottom left side you can find a chest which can be claimed after successfully clearing 50 encounters. This means you will need to play adventure mode several times in order to claim this chest. After claiming this chest you can get a hero of your choice from it. At bottom right side above energy bar you can find “Survivor” and “Backpack” buttons. By tapping on Survivor button during a fight you can check which of your heroes are still alive and the status of their HP. After clearing each encounter you are rewarded with some resources. You can tap on Backpack button to check the items you have collected as rewards till now. You will get the items in backpack when you have completed the adventure.

There are few more things you need to know about Adventure. The first thing is there are two types of encounters. The regular one requires you to fight enemies while there is another one in which you will only need to collect resources from an object and won’t need to fight any enemies.

Also, the fights in adventure mode are automatic. You only need to select the units after each encounter and that’s it. You won’t need to do anything else after that, you can just relax and watch your team fighting the enemies to collect resources.

The last thing you need to know is that adventure mode resets daily. This means you can play this mode only once per day. The mode resets with server time and not according to last time you played the mode. So you can play this mode twice in a span of an hour if server time resets in that duration.

Frozen City Adventure Tips & Strategy

Now i am going to share some Adventure tips and strategy which will help you advance further in this game mode and collect maximum possible rewards. So make sure you utilize the below mentioned tips while playing adventure mode in Frozen City.

1. Pick your 3 highest level heroes in the beginning of Adventure. Higher the level of heroes longer they will survive. Also, epic heroes are generally more powerful than rare ones so you should prefer leveling up and choosing epic heroes.

2. HP of your heroes don’t reset after each encounter so it can be helpful to pick units which restore HP of your heroes.

3. Earlier i mentioned not to pick units which reduce energy consumption or restore energy. This is because you will mostly survive only till 7 or 8 encounters (it gets difficult after that) so there is no point in wasting a unit for energy benefit.

4. If you are about to unlock a new building to get a new resource then make sure to unlock that building before playing adventure mode. This way you will also get that new resource as reward from adventure.

5. Carefully go through each units description to know what it does and then choose the best one according to current situation. It might not be best to always choose a new hero from unit choices because that might not necessarily benefit the most.
