Step 1. Tap on Settings (gear icon) button at right side of the screen and then tap on your Game ID at bottom of the Settings window to copy your Game ID on your clipboard. If for any reason you are not able to copy it then simply note it down, the ID includes just numbers so it’s not hard or confusing to note down.
Step 2. After copying your ID tap on “Support” button on the same “Settings” screen to open Help section.

Step 3. On the Help screen just tap on comment button at top right corner (next to search button) to open chat support. Now you simply need to type a message like “hello”, “need help” etc. and then wait for response. You don’t need to keep this chat window open. After typing the message you can return back to the game, you will see a notification on Settings button when you get a response.
Step 4. When you get a response, just reply that you want to reset your account. Make sure to also mention your Game ID (which you had copied in step 1 above) together with an explanation or reason for why you want to restart. The assistant should then forward your request to responsible team and it should take a day or two to reset your account.
