I highly recommend using all the methods mentioned below so that you could get maximum possible Wishing stars. Using just a few of them won’t really give you that much. So let’s check out six ways to get Wishing Stars in Frozen City.
1. Shop Chests – This is the most basic and straightforward way to get wishing stars. You can find 3 types of chests in the shop which are Common Chest, Rare Chest and Golden Chest. Common Chest can be opened for free every 8 hours and each of these chests give you 50 minutes worth Wishing stars. You can actually open 2 common chests every 8 hours, the second one can be opened by watching an Ad. So even if you just log into the game every 8 hours to open these chests, you will be able to farm a lot of these stars in just few days.
The two other chests (Rare and Golden) give you 120 and 360 minutes worth wishing stars respectively. Each Rare chest costs 350 gems while Golden chest costs 800 gems. If you want to decide which of these two should you open and if you are mainly looking for wishing stars then it’s best to open golden chest. So it’s better to wait till you collect 800 gems and then spend them on a Golden Chest to get 360 minutes worth wishing stars.
2. Task Chests – There will be certain tasks which will provide you a Common, Rare or Wooden chest containing Wishing Stars and other items as a completion reward. By completing tasks at a city you don’t only get specific task rewards but also gradually progress towards unlocking a rare chest. Once you have completed all the tasks in the city you will be able to claim this rare chest and then move onto the next city on map. As mentioned above, this is one more reason why you should always focus on completing tasks.
4. Idle Rewards – The game rewards you with free Wishing Stars just for staying idle or even while being offline from the game. You can claim these free wishing stars by going to Map and tapping on Wishing Star icon at bottom right corner of the screen. However note that these stars stop collecting after 2 hours. So you must log into the game frequently to claim these stars so that they never stop collecting. This is one of the best and effortless way to get Wishing Stars in Frozen City.
5. Fight/Battle Mode – This mode can be accessed by opening the Map and tapping on various numerical stages spread over all cities. You can clear each of these stages only once and every time you clear a Battle stage you will be rewarded with Wishing Stars. However as you progress to later stages the enemies become more and more stronger. So you will also need to keep upgrading your heroes to clear higher stages.
6. Special Events – There are a lot of permanent events available in the game now like Grandpa’s Farm, Fish Farming, The Last Autumn etc. These events are a great way to get Gems, Blazing Stars, Wishing Stars, Heroes etc. You can get these items as Milestone Rewards from the event.
