Elden Tree Village is the most recently released new event which runs for 3 days in Frozen City mobile game. It’s one of the several regular events available in the game like Grandpa’s Farm, Fish Farming, The Last Autumn, Turning Waste Into Treasure etc. Since it’s a new event so it’s regular release time is not yet confirmed but most probably it should appear only once a month. Most players are not much familiar with Elden Tree Village event and thus they are looking for Elden Tree Village tips and Strategy. Frozen City Elden Tree Village Guide
Just like most other events in the game, in Elden Tree Village you need to unlock and then upgrade different buildings in order to get specific items from them. In this event you have buildings like Star Fruit Orchard (to get Star Fruit), Peach Orchard (to get Peach), Grape Orchard (to get Grape), Marigold Garden (to get Marigold) etc.
Each of these buildings have their specific heroes who can be upgraded using a resource called “Elden Heart” to increase the production of crops from buildings. These green colored Elden Heart are continuously generated inside Fortune Hut, which is a spot for playing slot machine game in this event.
There are two ways to get Elden Heart from Fortune Hut. The first one is from regular production inside the Hut (which can be seen at bottom of the Hut screen) and the second one is by playing the slot machine game in the Hut. In order to play slot machine at Fortune Hut you need Fortune Coin which can be obtained by completing event tasks and some daily free Fortune Coins can also be obtained from Shop at 10 minute intervals.
Another thing you need to know is that Fortune Hut can also be upgraded by spending crops using the button at bottom right side at Hut screen. By upgrading Fortune Hut you can increase the output of Elden Heart produced per minute inside the Hut. After upgrading specific number of times you can add 1 star to Fortune Hut to unlock up to 5 columns of the slot machine and obtain much greater rewards.
Now let’s get back to Buildings, other than producing specific crops, each building also produces an item called “Essence“. They can be seen at right side of each building’s screen. You need a good quantity of a crop in order to produce an essence. The required quantity of crops also keeps increasing as you produce more essence.
You can produce total 9 crops from their respective building in this event and each crop has it’s own Essence. Each of these 9 essence are available in 1 star to 6 star versions. Below you can find the list of all 9 essence available in Elden Tree Village event.
- Star Fruit Essence (Yellow Color)
- Peach Essence (Pink Color)
- Grape Essence (Green Color)
- Morning Glory Essence (Purple Color)
- Lily Essence (White Color)
- Marigold Essence (Orange Color)
- Blue Mushroom Essence (Blue Color)
- Shiitake Mushroom Essence (Brown Color)
- Amanita Mushroom Essence (Red Color)
You will find a “Synthesize” button at bottom right side at event’s main screen. Tap on this button to open Synthesize screen where you can synthesize two identical essence of the same star to get a random 1 higher star essence. For example, by synthesizing 16 quantity of 1 star Peach Essence you can get 8 quantity of any crops’ 2 star Essence. Using this way you can obtain up to 6 star versions of all crops’ essence.
These essence can then be used to make wishes at “Elden Tree” which can be accessed using the button at bottom left of the screen. There are 3 categories at Elden Tree which are Primary Wish Essence, Intermediate Wish Essence and Advanced Wish Essence. Each category requires specific star versions of essence in order to make wishes.

How To Get All Heroes In Frozen City
The number below potion icons at left on Elden Tree screen denote the number of wishes you need to make in order to increase 1 level of that wish option. You need 3 specific essence in order to make a wish. If you don’t have a particular essence then you can use higher star essence or Universal Essence to obtain that essence. Universal Essence can be purchased from event shop using gems.
You will also need Wish Bottles in order to make a Wish at Elden Tree. There are three types of wish bottles which are Primary Wish Bottle (for making Primary Wishes), Intermediate Wish Bottle (for making Intermediate Wishes) and Advanced Wish Bottle (for making Advanced Wishes). These bottles can be obtained from event Shop for free and more can be obtained using gems.
By making these wishes you can get 1 time increase in Essence and crops produced by buildings. However another really important reason for making these wishes is to increase the amount of “Hope” which is generated at Elden Tree. Every time you make a Wish you increase the output of “Hope” generated per minute from the Tree.
This Hope is the most important resource in Elden Tree Village event because this is what you need in order to claim Milestone Rewards and ultimately the Rank Rewards. 1. Always choose “X3” at Fortune Hut before spending Fortune Coins. This way you will get 3x the rewards.
2. Focus on upgrading the Fortune Hut as frequently as possible. It won’t only allow you to get increased rewards but also help you to upgrade heroes and ultimately generate more Essence.
3. Keep watching ads for getting bonus resources through bottom center of the screen. They greatly boost your progress speed and ultimately help you to claim more Milestone Rewards from the event.
4. Make sure to claim all daily free Fortune Coins from Shop. They might not seem a lot but they actually greatly help in speeding up your progress.
5. Make wishes at Elden Tree whenever a wish requirement is met. More frequently you make wishes, more Hope you will generate and thus more Milestone Rewards you can unlock.
6. Don’t use Universal Essence for Primary Wish Essence at Elden Tree. Use only higher star essence to get the required essence for making Primary Wishes. Use Universal Essence only for Intermediate & Advanced Wishes.
