A lot of players are having a hard time completing this Son of Arugal Mission. However he is not actually hard to beat. How To Beat Son of Arugal In Warcraft Rumble
In order to clear this mission the first thing you need to know is that the enemies are level 9 in this mission. Therefore it’s very important that your units are also at level 9 (recommended level is 10) to be able to complete this mission. It would be extremely hard to complete it if your units are below level 9. Higher the levels of your units, the better.
The next thing to know is that which path you need to take so that you could reach Son of Arugal with most of your units. The area has just two straight paths to choose from. There are two Guard Towers at right side while one tower is also located above the ground at left side.
The best and also the only way to complete this mission is to capture both left and right side towers located near Son of Arugal. If you leave any of these towers then your troops will keep getting hit by the tower’s arrows, making it much harder to beat the boss.
Ranged and flying units are best ones for this mission. So at the beginning of the game deploy Harpies, Bat Rider, Charlga Razorflank and Pyromancer underneath the Guard Tower at bottom right side. By deploying these units you will beat all enemies as well as also destroy and capture the first tower.
At left side you should deploy Vultures and Harpies so that they could destroy the tower at left side after beating Pyrewood Villagers who come towards your base. Make sure to deploy Quilboar right behind the tower so that your birds could destroy the tower without getting hit.

If your birds successfully survive then they will also beat the dangerous Huntress and ultimately move towards Son of Arugal. It’s very important to get rid of Huntress otherwise she will beat all your troops, even those at lower right side.
While your birds clear the left side area, the four units we deployed at right side in the beginning will be enough to capture the lower tower near the boss. After capturing both towers you just need to keep deploying more units there to beat any enemies who spawn as well as Son of Arugal.
That’s basically all you need to do and you will easily be able to complete this mission. If you are wondering about which other Minis you need to use then here is the full list of units i used for Son of Arugal – Defias Bandits, Quilboar, Bat Rider, Vultures, Harpies, Pyromancer with Charlga Razorflank as leader. Of course if you don’t have some of these Minis then no worries, just use other equivalent or better ones.
