Grandpa’s Farm is a limited time event in Frozen City mobile game. It’s one of the two events available in the game right now, the other one is “Fish Farming” event. These events are available every Friday and they run for only 3 days. So you can play Grandpa’s Farm event every other Friday. These events are one of the best ways to get rare heroes, gems, blazing stars, golden chests etc. so it’s highly recommended to participate in these events. Frozen City Grandpa’s Farm Event Guide
In this event you need to produce a variety of edible items in the farm and then sell them for cash or money at Storehouse. You need to purchase trucks in order to load your items and deliver them for selling. You can purchase truck from Storehouse as well as also upgrade each items dock to increase the load capacity of the truck and selling price of items.
In Grandpa’s Farm event you can produce Wheat, Corn, Bread, Eggs, Soybean, Milk and Pizza for selling at Storehouse. I have mentioned this list of items in the ascending order according to their price. This means wheat sells at lowest price and pizza sells for highest price in this event.
The more cash you earn by selling these items, more milestone rewards you will unlock. If you are Free to Play (F2P) player but participate actively in the event for all 3 days then you can easily get all 12 milestone rewards from the event. Below you can check the rewards you will get by unlocking all 12 milestone rewards.

There are two ways to get Farm Coins, the first is to complete tasks at Grandpa’s Farm event and the other way is to get 15 farm coins for free every few hours from Grandpa’s Farm event shop. You can claim these 15 free coins 5 times per day. So the more actively you log into the game, more of these farm coins you will be able to claim.
You can also find a Golden Statue of Grandpa called Grandpa’s Booster at Farm which is a paid booster item. It doubles your earnings (200%) and also allows you to claim up to 6 hours offline rewards (which is 2 hours by default). It’s up to you if you want to purchase it or not but as mentioned before, you can unlock all 12 milestone rewards as F2P if you play the event actively. Also note that purchasing it once will not unlock it for all upcoming Grandpa’s Farm event. You will need to purchase it separately for each event.

1. The key to earn more cash is to upgrade the loading dock of items at Storehouse. So make sure to not just invest your money in production buildings but also regularly keep upgrading docks.
2. Focus more on decreasing the production time of items in buildings rather than on increasing their quantity. It’s better to produce 1000 quantity of an item in 5 seconds than producing 2000 of those in 30 seconds.
3. You should stop selling the earlier items as you unlock new edible items because the newer ones sell for much higher amount of cash. It will also allow trucks to deliver the new items instead of keep delivering the earlier items (which provide low cash). To stop selling an item simply uncheck the “Sell” option in front of it’s dock. You should generally sell only 2 or maximum 3 latest unlocked items at Storehouse.
4. Build Master is one of the best skills to upgrade because the upgrade amounts of items are really high in the beginning. Investing in upgrading this skill will allow you to upgrade your production buildings faster. Ace Driver is one of the least valuable skills so don’t bother upgrading it.
5. Don’t forget to watch ads for free resources whenever available. They can provide a massive boost in production and upgrading your heroes for increased output.
6. Make sure “X3” is activated before you play the slot game at Country Slot. This will require you to spend 15 farm coins but the great thing is your rewards will be tripled. So always wait till you get at least 15 coins before spending them.
Frozen City Passion Output
Some players are confused about what is Passion Output in Grandpa’s Farm event? You can find a skill called “Samba Queen” in skills list of Grandpa’s Farm event. It’s description just says “Passion Out by xx” so a lot of players have no idea about what does it mean. Well, if you notice then all production buildings in the event also produce an item called “Passion” (red heart) together with a specific item they produce.
By upgrading Samba Queen skill you can increase the production of Passion or red heart. These red hearts are extremely important because they are required for upgrading heroes in Grandpa’s Farm event which multiplies or increases the production of items. So Passion is basically the same as Wishing Star in regular game mode.
Samba Queen skill is another most important skills to upgrade in the event. This is because when the production time of items in buildings is high like 30 seconds and you don’t have enough cash to decrease it, then upgrading the hero of that building is the best way to increase production. Upgrading this skill will make sure you have enough supply of Passion to upgrade your heroes in the event.
