Brogoth is an elite monster who can be found at Frozen Tundra zone in Diablo Immortal. You must find and defeat him for completing an achievement and obtain 60 hilts as a reward. In the achievement description it mentions that he can be found at Plains of Blood but many players still can’t find him because they don’t know exactly where to find him at Plains of Blood region. Brogoth Location & Spawn Time In Diablo Immortal
Before you could learn about Brogoth attack patterns and how to defeat him, you must find him first. So let’s quickly check out his exact location at Plains of Blood in Frozen Tundra. Reaching his spawn location is actually quite easy, you just need to use Plains of Blood Waypoint to arrive at the zone and then travel a little distance towards east. In the image below you can see Brogoth location marked with a red colored cross.
As soon as you reach the above shown location, a New Event notification will be displayed on your screen and you will find a tall monster called Brogoth with a medieval spiked weapon in his hand. You will now also see a Wanted side quest called “Kill Brogoth” in your quests list at left side of your screen.
Some players also want to know about spawn time and spawn rate of Brogoth at Plains of Blood. So let me tell you that it’s not hard to spawn him like some other elite monsters. If you don’t find him at above shown location then just keep killing enemies around that area, open some chests and keep checking if he has spawned.
If you still don’t get him to spawn after several minutes then head back to Westmarch and change difficulty. After that visit Brogoth location again and this time he should spawn right away. You can change the game difficulty using skull button at top right corner on your map.

This elite monster has 283,309 HP in Hell 2 difficulty and uses three types of attacks. The first one is the basic attack in which he hits using his spiked ball shaped weapon. However he uses this attack only once in a while or when you are too close to him.

In the next type of attack he lifts the weapon in his hands and then jumps over you to smash the weapon with full force on the ground. This attack expels spiked shaped ice around him and also shakes the screen a little bit. When he is about to jump, a small circular area will start glowing around you indicating that he is about to jump in that area. If you quickly move way from the area within time then you can escape his attack.
In the last type of attack he growls to spawn a few invisible serpents who spit poison at you. The serpents disappear soon after spitting once or twice but the poison keeps dealing you some damage for next few seconds. So these are his attacks patterns. Overall he is not really a difficult monster to beat so you should be able to complete this achievement quite easily.
