How Does Seeker Work In Survivor.io
Before learning about how does seeker work, first let’s learn what it is and where to find it in Survivor.io game. Since every player might not necessarily be knowing about it already. Therefore a little summary would be really helpful for all players.
Seeker is one of the evolutions which you can unlock at Evolve tab in the game. There are actually two types of evolutions you can find on this tab. The basic ones at left column which increase basic stats like ATK, HP etc. There are also some special types of perk or evolutions at right column on this tab which unlock new abilities or provide different types of advantages. All these evolution or perks needs to be unlocked in the order they are placed. You can’t change the position or skip any evolution, they need to be unlocked in the provided order only.
Seeker perk is one such special evolution from right column which makes it possible for you to obtain equipment from killed monsters. Equipment are one of your most required items at the beginning of the game or for clearing the first several chapters. That’s why this perk becomes extremely useful and you should try to unlock it as soon as possible.
Now let’s talk about how does seeker upgrade works. The most important thing you need to know about seeker is that although it’s description says “Monsters killed drop Equipment” but it doesn’t mean you will start getting numerous equipment from any stage in the game. Once you unlock this perk you can get monsters to drop equipment at main Chapter stages and from Daily Challenge stages only. This means seeker evolution only works at Chapter stages and Daily Challenge stages, don’t expect monsters in any other modes to drop equipment.

Some players also wonder if only the bosses can drop equipment or normal monsters also have the possibility to drop them? So let me tell you that both the bosses as well as regular monsters have a chance to drop equipment. However most of the times you will get equipment from bosses only, it’s actually a bit rare to get equipment from normal monsters. You actually have really low chance to get them from smaller enemies but it doesn’t mean it’s not possible.
One more thing you need to know is that as soon as any equipment is dropped by a monster (be it from a boss or regular monster), it is automatically pulled towards you. It doesn’t just drops on the ground and stays there until you pick it. That’s why most players don’t notice when an equipment is dropped and pulled towards them, since there is a huge horde of monsters on the screen. This makes it really hard or almost impossible to notice the dropped equipment.
How To Unlock Seeker Perk Fast In Survivor.io
In order to unlock seeker perk at Evolve tab you will need Gold DNA which can be obtained from Trials mode. But the required number of Gold DNA keeps increasing as you move up in the order of evolutions. So you will need more than 1 golden dna in order to unlock seeker perk.
In order to unlock the perk faster you will need to unlock the first few chapters. This will unlock those chapters in Trials mode as well which will allow you to get more Gold DNAs.
