If there is no upgrade available for your gear and you have about 1 million or more gold then you can visit Rarities and Antiques at Trading Bazaar (close to the Market) in Westmarch. After 10 purchases in a specific category the price will increase by 150% and after 15 purchases it will increase by 200%. So if you don’t keep an eye on your gold then you might soon spend all of them. After that you won’t even be able to upgrade your equipment at Blacksmith.

Getting legendaries at rarities and antiques depends upon your luck. If you are lucky then you might get multiple legendaries in a day but if you are unlucky then might spend millions of gold without getting even a single one. It will allow you to obtain Hell 1 items from Yakin. Similarly if you want to get Hell 2 items from Yakin then you must complete Challenge Rift Level 30 and to get Hell 3 items you must complete Challenge Rift Level 60.
