First let’s check out how to get rare crests in Diablo Immortal. These crests can be added to Elder Rift to obtain various Runes like ATI, NIE, PYR, LUX, SYL, URS, ENT, VOX, RAE etc. By using rare crests you are not guaranteed to get a legendary gem from the Rift but you can craft various legendary gems using these runes at Apprentice Jeweler (Seril) at Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch. Below you can learn about all the ways to get rare crests in the game.
Elder Rift – You can get a free rare crest every day from Elder Rift. You will get a notification when your free crest is available so make sure to claim it everyday because it is an effortless way to get them.

Limited Time Shop at Hilts Trader – This is another tab at Hilts trader where the list of items refresh twice a day. You can buy 1 rare crest at each refresh so you can get up to 2 crests from this tab. Make sure to check the “Notify Me” option at the tab so that you will get notified when the items refresh.
Battle Pass – You can also get many crests from Battle Pass at specific ranks. So make sure to level up your Battle Pass by completing Activities and Seasonal Quests.

Immortals Shop At Hilts Trader – If you get successful in becoming an immortal then you will unlock the Immortals Shop at Hilts Trader where you can buy more crests. However it might take you a lot of time and effort to become an immortal and so this option won’t be accessible for many.
How To Get Legendary Crests In Diablo Immortal
Now let’s check out how to get legendary crests in Diablo Immortal. By adding these crests to the Elder Rift you are guaranteed to get legendary gem/s. These legendary gems can be 1 star to 5 star (if you are exceptionally lucky). However legendary crests are not easily obtainable. Below you can learn about how to get them in Diablo Immortal.
Hilts Trader – You can purchase legendary crests from General Shop at Hilts Trader for 1600 hilts. However you can buy only 1 legendary crest per month so unfortunately it’s not a regular way to get them.
Immortals Shop – You can also buy a legendary crest from Immortals Shop at Hilts Trader.
Battle Pass – You can also get 1 legendary crest from free version of Battle Pass. You can purchase the Empowered Battle Pass to get a few more of them.
Crest Merchant – You can buy Eternal Legendary Crests from Crest Merchant (Jondo Mouren) from Palace Courtyard at Westmarch. An eternal legendary crest adds two modifiers to Elder Rift which is guaranteed to drop a legendary gem which can be sold on the market. However you need to spend 160 eternal orbs to buy each of these crests.
