Aspirant’s Key is a very important item which you should keep collecting in Diablo Immortal. You might have already obtained a few of these keys and might be wondering what is aspirants key use? When you select it in your inventory it says “Go To Aspirants’ Grounds” but where exactly is it? In this post i will tell you how to use Aspirants Key, how to get them and everything else you need to know about them. So let’s check it out!
How To Use Aspirant’s Key In Diablo Immortal
In order to use Aspirant’s key you need to visit Aspirants’ Grounds (which is located inside Iben Fahd Sanctum in Westmarch) to open Sanctum Chests. You can obtain 3 types of culling stones from these chests which are Sapphire, Garnet and Beryl.
These three culling stones are one of the most important resource in the game because they can be used to upgrade different vessels at the Sanctum. By upgrading these vessels you can become more stronger because they increase your various attributes like Damage, Armor, Life, Armor Penetration etc.

How To Get More Aspirant’s Key In Diablo Immortal
When you go to Aspirants Grounds you can initially open 5 chests with your Aspirants Keys. But there are total 4 rooms, each containing 5 chests (total 20, if you also include the bonus Hidden Chest in 4th room which doesn’t requires keys to open, then it’s 21 chests) and the required number of keys will keep increasing with every chest you open. Therefore if you want to open more chests then you will need a lot of keys (however it’s not really efficient to open more than the first 5 chests every day).

The 1st chest can be opened for free, after that you will need to use 1, 2, 4 and 8 keys for the remaining four chests in the first room. So in order to open all 5 chests in the first room you will need 15 keys everyday. Therefore it’s important to know about all the ways to get these keys so that you could open all 5 chests every day. Below you can learn about 7 ways to get Aspirant’s Key in Diablo Immortal.
1. Sanctum Enemies – By killing the enemies inside Iben Fahd Sanctum you can obtain 4 keys everyday. Note that you will need to manually pick up the dropped keys from enemies so make sure you don’t forget to pick them up.
2. Shadow Assembly – This is one of the best and most easiest ways to get Aspirant’s key. After you join shadows you can participate in Shadow Assembly activity to get 16 keys everyday.
3. Blessed Chests – After becoming a Shadow you can get 3 Blessed Chests from Elder Rift everyday. Each of these chests give you 1 aspirant key.
4. Battleground – You will also get these keys whenever you reach a new rank in Battleground.
5. Shadow War – After you join or create a Dark Clan you can participate in Shadow War to get these keys as one of the reward items.
6. Hilts Trader – You can purchase up to 5 aspirants key every day from Hilts Trader. Each key costs 50 Hilts so they are not really expensive but if you keep purchasing 5/5 daily then they will add up and can cost you 1000 hilts in 4 days.
7. First Kill of the Day – Everyday you get a specific item as a reward as soon as you kill the first enemy on that day. This First Kill of the Day reward can sometimes provide you aspirants key also.
So these are the 7 ways to get more aspirant keys. I recommend using the first 3 ways mentioned in the list above (Sanctum Enemies, Shadow Assembly and Blessed Chests) everyday. These three ways will give you more than enough keys to open all 5 chests in the first room everyday.
Although i recommend opening only the 5 chests in the first room everyday but some players are curious to know how many aspirant keys to open all chests? There are total 20 chests in the Aspirant’s Grounds (excluding the bonus Hidden Chest in the last room) and if you want to know how many keys you need to open all the chests Or for all chests in each room then below you can find it out.
- To open all chests in 1st room you need 15 Aspirant’s Key
- To open all chests in 2nd Room you need 85 Aspirant’s Keys
- To open all chests in 3rd Room you need 205 Aspirant’s Keys
- To open all chests in Aspirant’s Grounds you need 377 Aspirant’s Keys
These are how many keys you need for each room but again, it’s inefficient and i don’t recommend doing that.
