Ender’s Echo is a new game mode released in version 1.8.1 update in Survivor.io mobile game. This is a unique mode because here you will mainly face a Boss instead of horde of enemies. The boss will spawn right after you enter the stage, instead of after few minutes like in other modes. However most players have no idea about what is the use or purpose of this new game mode? what do you get by playing in Ender’s Echo mode? Which are the best equipment to use for this mode etc? In this post i am going to tell you everything you need to know about Ender’s Echo in Survivor.io game. So let’s check it out!
About Ender’s Echo In Survivor.io
Ender’s Echo is a new permanent mode in Survivor.io game. In this mode you need to survive from different Bosses for a fixed period of time. However it doesn’t mean there will only be the boss and you in the stage, there will also be other enemies but not as much that you would get surrounded with them from all sides (like in other modes).
In version 1.8.1 we have Season 1 of Ender’s Echo which will last for 28 days. During these 28 days you will get to face 4 different bosses, each available for 7 days. In the 1st week of Ender’s Echo Season 1 (or the first 7 days) you will face “Sunset Tyrant” boss. In the 2nd week you will face “Star of Destruction“, in third week you will have to survive against “Killer Shaun” and in the last week you will face a boss called “Bouncy Bear“.
This is Season 1 of Ender’s Echo which means more seasons with more new bosses will be released in upcoming updates. So this game mode is going to be filled with a lot of fun and challenge. But you might be wondering what is the point of defeating these bosses? What do you get by defeating them? Well, just continue reading below to find out.
You don’t really need to defeat the bosses in Ender’s Echo, actually it’s not even possible to kill these bosses. You are only required to survive for 5 minutes to clear the stage. But what do you get by clearing the stage? Well, near the top of the stage you will see 3 blue colored chests with a timer before them. The timer obviously shows how long you have survived, so after surviving for 1 minute you will get the 1st blue colored chest, after 2 minutes you will unlock the 2nd chest and after 3 minutes the 3rd and last chest will be unlocked.
What do you get from these chests? Well, each of these chests contain a tech part so you can get 3 tech parts by surviving for just first 3 minutes in Ender’s Echo. Another great thing about this mode is that it doesn’t cost you any energy to play while Daily Challenge (the other best way to get tech parts) costs 10 energy for each attempt. Also, you can play Ender’s Echo only two times per day so make sure to use both daily attempts and collect your 6 tech parts everyday.
You might be happy to know that tech parts are not the only rewards you can get from Ender’s Echo. This new game mode is also a great way to obtain gems and energy essence. These two items can be claimed as rewards from Ender’s Echo main screen chests. These chests can be unlocked just by playing Ender’s Echo for certain number of times. Since you can play only twice per day so you will be unlocking these chests gradually.

Survivor.io Ender’s Echo Damage Count
In Ender’s Echo mode you will find a big orange, red or pink colored bar at the top of the screen. The numbers at the center of this bar show you how much damage you have dealt to the boss and enemies. So not only your survival time, but the total amount of damage you deal is also counted in this mode.
You might now be wondering what is the purpose of this damage count? Do you get anything else by dealing a specific amount of damage each time? Well, unfortunately right now there is no answer to these questions because the game itself doesn’t mentions anywhere about the reward or use of the total damage dealt in the stage.
The game only shows you the total damage you have dealt in current Ender’s Echo season and your best performance (max damage dealt in one attempt) on stage clearance screen. It also shows your total damage in current season on Ender’s Echo main screen but nowhere it mentions about the use of total damage count.
However i believe at the end of the season you will be rewarded with valuable items based on the total damage you have dealt throughout the season. So make sure to focus not only on surviving but also on dealing as much damage as possible in Ender’s Echo.
Best Equipment & Skills For Ender’s Echo In Survivor.io
Since you don’t get tons of enemies surrounding you in this mode so you should use equipment and skills which boost your damage and heal or revive you. You should avoid using equipment and skills which focus on dealing with hordes of enemies. Keeping these things in mind, below you can find some of the best equipment to use in Ender’s Echo mode.
Eternal Suit – Since you can’t revive in Ender’s Echo mode therefore Eternal Suit is the best equipment to use since it revives you once. It’s also currently the best equipment for Clothing slot in the game so you should try to get it as soon as possible if you don’t have it yet.
Full Metal Suit – It’s a great alternative if you don’t have Eternal Suit however you will need to upgrade it to epic grade in order to revive with full HP like Eternal Suit.
Army Gloves – In Ender’s Echo your main aim is to survive and deal damage to the Boss so what could be better than Army Gloves which deal +20% damage to bosses? If you have an epic grade Army Gloves then you can deal a massive 50% additional damage to bosses.
Light Runners – It’s a great shoe equipment to use in this mode because it decreases the damage received by 20% for 3 seconds after receiving damage. If you upgrade it to epic then it also increases your damage by 20% for 3 seconds after killing an enemy.
Weapons like Kunai, Lightchaser, Baseball Bat etc. are great to use in Ender’s Echo. As for skills, just try to avoid choosing skills which are mainly useful against hordes of enemies like Forcefield, Guardian, Brick etc. Also make sure to equip tech parts according to the skills you are going to choose in the stage.
