Joyce is an NPC found in Dragonheir Silent Gods PC and mobile game. He can be found towards northeast of Frost Domain at Unseen Grove. You will find two chests in front of him. One of those chests contains some treasure and you get only one chance to pick one of those chests. A lot of players get confused and unable to decide which chest to select. First of all, if you are unable to locate this NPC then let me tell you his exact location. You first need to fast travel to Frost Domain at Unseen Grove and then keep moving towards north direction. There you will meet Joyce a little before the bridge taking you to Altar of Germination.
Joyce will be dressed like a clown and will have two chests in front of him. As soon as you interact with him he will say “Choose one, my friend. No courage, no gains!” He will then ask you for 2000 gold if you want to get one of those chests.
If you don’t want to spend 2000 gold then you can tap on “Hard pass, not interested” option. However that won’t be a wise decision as 2000 gold is definitely not much. So you should tap on “Sure, I’ll try my luck” and pay the required 2000 gold.
You will then get to choose from four options mentioned below. This is the situation where most players get confused and wonder which option to choose so that they don’t lose their 2000 gold.

At this stage the first thing you should do is to select the third option and try to win the DEX (Dexterity) challenge. Winning this challenge will give you a clear idea about which chest actually contains the treasure.
You can raise your DEX attribute at Psychicore using Horizons to gain extra points added to the points you get after throwing the dice. If you win the challenge then it’s great, however if you lose then you will need to decide yourself which chest to select.
If you ask about how to manually select the correct chest containing the treasure then it’s a little tricky. I am not sure if the treasure chest is same or different for all players. In my case i chose the first option and it worked. So if you lose the DEX challenge then that’s what you can do.
This will of course only work if the chests are same for all players. In case they are random and you pick the wrong chest then unfortunately you won’t get anything from the chest and your 2000 gold will be wasted.
