However there are many types of assist skills and in order to get the most benefit you must equip the best pet assist skill. Best Pet Assist In Survivor.io
Before learning about best pet builds, it’s important to learn some basic details about pet assist skills in the game. The first thing you need to know is that only Better (blue background) and above grade pets can have Assist skill. That’s the reason you will find a question mark symbol in place of assist skills of Normal and Good grade pets. If you equip these pets as Assisting Pet then it will be useless as they don’t have any assist skill.
The next thing you need to know is that there are total 5 pet assist skills (excluding Gary’s exclusive assist skill) available in the game. Whenever you get a Better or above grade pet Or evolve a Good grade pet, one of these five assist skills is randomly assigned to that pet. This means assist skills of pets are not specific to particular pets.
So a Better or above grade Croaky (frog) can have any of the five assist skills. Therefore it’s incorrect to ask for best assisting pet because it can be any pet with your desired pet assist skill. Now before learning about best pet combo first let’s quickly check out all six pet assist skills (including Gary’s assist skill).
- Boost – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, pet’s ATK and Skill Range increase by 10%
- Durable – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, pet’s Shot Duration increase by 15%
- Penetration – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, increases penetrated units of pet’s shot by 1
- Powerful – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, pet’s ATK and Skill Damage increase by 10%
- Strong – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, pet’s Max HP increases by 20%
- Raid – In battle, for every 5 levels owner gains, pet’s ATK and Skill Damage increase by 6%. Bonus Trait: Deployed Pet CD -10% (does not increase with owner level)
Note that “Raid” assist skill mentioned above is exclusive to Gary, who is a special pet. Due to this, Raid skill can not be obtained by any other pet. But since this assist skill is also available in the game that’s why is was necessary to mention it as well in this list.
