Before learning about how to get minigun in survivor.io, first let’s get to know some more details about it. Minigun is an extremely powerful weapon because it can shoot continuously with great speed in a direction with no cooldown. It creates a somewhat barrier in the middle of enemies’ crowd which none of them can pass through, you can check this in the image below.
Earlier i mentioned that some players don’t even know that Minigun or Gatling gun even exists in the game. The reason they don’t know about this weapon is that it’s an evolved version of a weapon. This means you can’t get it from any Chests in game Shop or any other places in the game. You can’t enter a stage with Gatling Gun already equipped on you. So then the question comes, how to get it in the game? Well, it’s quite simple just continue reading below to find out.
How To Get Gatling Gun In Survivor.io
There are a few steps involved if you want to play with Gatling Gun in Survivor.io game. The first thing you need to do is obtain a Shotgun because minigun is an evolved version of Shotgun. It doesn’t matter if your Shotgun is Good grade or Epic Grade, any grade or rarity of shotgun can be evolved into Gatling Gun. Once you have obtained shotgun, just equip it and enter any chapter or game mode of your choice. Now start playing with shotgun and keep selecting shotgun’s skill whenever you get it on skill selection screen at level up. The aim is to get the shotgun’s skill to 5 star as fast as possible.
There are two reasons for why you need to quickly get shotgun’s skill to 5 star. The first reason is that you can’t evolve it into minigun until you get it to 5 star. The second reason is that shotgun is one of the most weakest weapons in the game because of it’s extremely slow firing rate and being able to shoot in only facing direction.

If you couldn’t get to evolve your shotgun to minigun fast then it’s quite possible that you might even die from a crowd of enemies surrounding you. In any case, you won’t be able to get minigun before spending several minutes into the stage, till then you will have to survive with your shotgun.
So after you survive for several minutes with your slow shotgun and successfully get it to 5 star, you need to obtain shotgun’s evolution skill “Hi-Power Bullet”. This Supply skill actually increases your ATK but it’s also the evolution skill for Shotgun. So just select Hi-Power Bullet for being able to get Gatling Gun. Note that even just 1 star of this skill is enough to be able to get minigun.
After getting that supply skill you will now be able to get “Gatling” skill, which is a red star skill. Just select this skill to instantly turn your weapon into Gatling Gun and start melting down your enemies. The description of Gatling skill says “A machine of massacre” which is obviously true.
