Soul Knight Prequel Card Battle Guide
Once you understand how the cards can be unlocked you can easily navigate through the entire game character by character and farm NPC cards. All characters have fixed time and fixed different location when these cards are available.
But for any character to unlock the NPC card a quest should be completed, and one needs to go to Randy the Rogue for example if it’s Tuesday. Every NPC has a different quest to complete for Randy to give you a card.
Further when you receive a card you can also play a game with old man and select one hand from three hands available in game. If you win the game, you can get another card from the old man but if you loose then you also lose your card won after completing the quest.
When you go to Randy and ask for a quest, he will give you letter like shown in below picture.
Here you can see the location where it will be available in the quest. You need to defeat the boss and collect the piece and come back to town and give it to Randy. In return Randy will give you Coin, Exp and his card.

You can use the card not only for crafting you can even use the card to Battle at the Bar and as explained above you need to play Gamble Game with the Old Man.
The next question is when can you get cards and from whom? They are displayed in the image below in which you can see the occurrence time of each NPC card holder in the Soul Knight Prequel.
You might now be wanting to know that how exactly do you get cards in the game. Well, mainly there are three ways to get these cards which are, by winning card battles, purchasing card boosters from Card Merchant and also by simply killing monster and bosses.
Other than these ways you can also do the quest again with another character from eight characters that we can create throughout the entire game. With another character we need to repeat the process again of completing the quest through a different location and exchanging it with the day’s character who has card. Then playing Gamble again with the Old Man.
However there are also a few ways using which you can get cards a little more faster. One way is to drink “Green Potion” which doubles the drop rate of monsters for 15 minutes. Similarly you can also eat “Natural Fruit” to double the drop rate of monsters for 3 minutes.
