First of all, if you are unable to find this event in your game then it probably means you have just started playing the game or haven’t yet cleared enough chapters. So just clear the first few chapters (mainly chapter 1, 2 and 3) and you should then be able to locate this event in your game.
After becoming eligible for events you will be able to locate this Thanksgiving Festival event at top right column of Campaign screen. On tapping this event’s icon you will find a spinning wheel at the center which will include several rewards.
You can obtain rewards in two ways from this event. The first way is by spinning the wheel and getting the reward on which the wheel stops. The other way also basically requires you to spin the wheel. The more number of times you spin the wheel, more rewards you can obtain (which are displayed horizontally just below the wheel).

The third and the last way is by using Thanksgiving Festival Fund located at bottom right corner at event screen. It will also give you some tickets for free however in order to get more tickets you will need to buy the premium version of this Fund which costs about $20.
