Dungeons are a special game mode in Disney Mirrorverse. They are full of mystery, surprises and of course great rewards. There can be 1 or multiple types of dungeons available to be played and each of them provides a specific item for specific type of characters. Like Mote Madness dungeons give you support motes of all tiers, Melee Maneuvers give you Motes and Gems for Melee guardians etc. In this guide i will explain you everything you need to know about Dungeons and also share some useful tips. So let’s begin!

Disney Mirrorverse Dungeons Guide

In Dungeons mode you basically need to collect points by finding Artifacts and clearing floors. More points you collect, more Milestone Rewards you will be able to get. Also, once you reach minimum 500 points you will be eligible for Rank Rewards which gives you even more rewards depending upon your ranking at the end of that dungeon event. There are ways to get more points in dungeons which i will mention later in this post.

To play in Dungeons mode you need dungeon energy (which is different from regular energy). Dungeon energy doesn’t recharge in minutes, instead it takes 24 hours to get 40 dungeon energy at once. A Normal difficulty dungeon run takes approx 40-50 energy to complete (assuming your aim is to find the floor exit while collecting artifacts  instead of opening every chest on the floor).

The good thing is that there is no minimum energy requirement to start your run so you can start your dungeon run even if you have only 5 or 10 energy. You can leave your dungeon run if you are out of energy (if you don’t quit by pressing the exit button at top left on a floor) and continue again from there when you have gained energy the next day.

Before starting a dungeon run you can choose the difficulty of the dungeon using a slider at the top on Difficulty Modifier screen. You should choose the difficulty depending upon your team power. Higher difficulty will give you better loot and more maximum points in the next dungeon run. The floor size will also increase depending upon the difficulty, so you will need more dungeon energy to complete a run in Master difficulty than in Hard and Expert difficulties.

After tapping on “Enter Dungeon” button you will enter the 1st dungeon floor. Every move on the map will cost you 1 dungeon energy and also increase the danger meter located at right side of the screen. If you step over the same spot again, it won’t cost you any energy but still increase the danger meter so be very careful while choosing your path. If the danger meter gets full you will need to encounter enemies and bosses. Winning the encounter will reset danger meter and you will be able to continue your exploration. You need to find the exit to move to the next floor and get your artifacts’ points finalized.

While exploring the dark dungeons you will find artifacts and chests of chance. Artifacts will give you points while chests of chance will be full of surprises! These chests can affect you both positively and negatively so it’s up to you if you want to open them or not. If you are lucky then you can find various types of items and buffs in them like XP Motes, dungeon energy, dungeon potions, clearing all fog from the map to show all artifacts, chests and floor exit, healing one of your guardian etc. But if you are unlucky then you can find negative effects in them like being teleported to a random spot on the floor (which can take you closer or away from exit), increasing the danger meter by several nodes etc.

Dungeon encounters are not like regular fights in other modes. Each dungeon floor has a buff or debuff of it’s own which can make the fight challenging or easier on that particular floor. If the floor has a debuff which increases enemies’ attack then you can counter that by obtaining some buffs from chests like healing your characters on using specials, increased defense etc. You can check the buffs/debuffs on a floor by tapping on the buffs symbol below the floor number, at top left.

On the last floor you will need to find the boss and defeat him to complete your dungeon run. The good thing is there is no star system in dungeons so it doesn’t matter how many of your characters stay alive after the boss fight. Your dungeon points won’t be affected by it.

All Dungeon Items & How To Get Them

You must also note that your characters won’t start each encounter or boss fight with full health in dungeons. They will start with their remaining HP from the last encounter. You will need to heal your characters using dungeon potions before starting an encounter in dungeons. Below you can find the list of all dungeon items and how to get them.

Dungeon T1 Potion – Heals a character for 250 HP. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission, chests of chance & Tier 1 Bundle in Dungeon store.

Dungeon T2 Potion – Heals a character for 1,000 HP. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission, chests of chance and Tier 2, 3 and 4 Bundles in Dungeon store.

Dungeon T3 Potion – Heals a character for 3,000 HP. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission & Tier 5 and 6 Bundle in Dungeon store.

T1 Invisibility Scroll – Prevents movement from increasing the danger meter for 4 nodes. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission & Tier 2 Bundle in Dungeon store.

T2 Invisibility Scroll – Prevents movement from increasing the danger meter for 8 nodes. Can be obtained from Tier 5 Bundle in Dungeon store.

Dungeon Revive – Revives a guardian and heals for 500 HP.  Can be obtained from Tier 3 Bundle onwards in Dungeon store.

Dowsing Wand – Teleports you to an Artifact. If there are no artifacts on the floor then the wand is consumed with no effect. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission & Tier 4 and 6 Bundles in Dungeon store.

Magical Map – Clears all Stellar Fog from the current floor. Can be obtained from “Delve Together” alliance mission and Tier 6 Bundle in Dungeon store.

How To Get More Dungeon Points In Disney Mirrorverse

As mentioned at the beginning of this post, i am now going to share two ways to increase your dungeon points. Since the more points you get, more milestone and rank rewards you can get. So i highly recommend you to use both ways mentioned below to increase your dungeon points.

1. Bonus Guardians – Each dungeon event has a bonus guardians list. By using any of the bonus guardian in your dungeon run you will get 2x points for each artifact you collect! So make sure to always include a bonus guardian in your dungeon team. Also make sure to level up your bonus guardian (in case that character is low level) so that he doesn’t gets defeated quickly.

2. Higher Dungeon Difficulty – It’s recommended to clear dungeons in higher difficulties, preferably Expert and Master levels. This is because in Normal and Hard levels you can find only yellow and blue artifacts but in Expert and Master levels you can also find red artifacts which give you the most points (more than double of blue artifacts). If you want to get the best rewards from Rank Rewards then it’s best to play in Expert and Master difficulties.
