Radiant Shards are a new resource added with May 27th update in Cookie Run Kingdom. They are needed to unlock New Disciple Slots in Hall of Ancient Heroes. You can unlock up to 20 new Disciple Slots to strengthen 20 of your low level characters and thus you will need a lot of these shards. How To Get Radiant Shards In Cookie Run Kingdom
There are various ways to get radiant shards in the game. Below you can learn about all the available ways.
Story Missions – After you unlock the Hall of Ancient Heroes, you will get some story missions named “The First Radiant Shard”, “The Second Radiant Shard” etc. By completing these missions you will get Radiant shards with coins and kingdom EXP as rewards.
Balloon Expedition – Starting from Episode 5 you can get Radiant Shards from Balloon Expedition also. So just complete Episode 5 (Tainted Forest) in World Exploration and then change to Episode 5 in Balloon Dock and your cookies will return with Radiant Shards together with other items.
Medal Shop – You can now also purchase radiant shards from Medal Shop in Kingdom Arena using your medals. You can buy 100 shards for 300 medals and can purchase up to 6 times at each restock.
Seaside Market – You can also purchase radiant shards from Seaside Market using your aurora items. Since aurora items are one of the most required items, so i don’t recommend spending them for radiant shards.

Tree of Wishes – The Daily Reward chests at Tree of Wishes have now been updated to include radiant shards as well. So you can now also find radiant shards from all 3 daily reward chests.
Fountain of Abundance – This is one of the most easiest and best way to get radiant shards. You can now also find these shards from the Fountain so just log in every few hours and collect your effortless radiant shards for free.
Events – You will now also be able to find radiant shards as rewards from various events. In the image below you can see 1000 radiant shards as a reward for reaching Diamond 1 Tier in Super Mayhem Tier Challenge event.
