Dog Crate has been added to the game together with dogs in version 1.7.12 update. You need to build a dog crate in order to grow your puppies into an adult dog. Dog crate is quite a huge object and requires 3×4 units of space on your base to place it. How To Build A Dog Crate In Last Day On Earth

As you can see inside the blueprint screen of the game. You need 20 pine logs, 7 duct tapes, 15 limestones and 10 scrap metals to build the Dog crate but that is not all. After building it, you will need to finalize it by putting in some empty cans, pieces of cloths, pine planks and some other items. You can see the complete list of required items in the screenshot below.

1. Dogs Managing Spot – This is where you can see and manage all your dogs and puppies. Here you can rename your dogs, put them on your base to activate their traits and also activate/enable your True friend dog.

2. Dogs Feeder – This is where you can put food items for your dogs. You need to put food in this feeder in order to grow your puppies into dogs. You also need to feed your dogs to activate their traits. You can only use raw meats and turkeys as a food for your dogs.

3. Crossbreeding Spot – This is where you can crossbreed your grown up dogs to get higher ranks of dogs.
