How To Relocate Or Teleport In Viking Rise + Relocate To Tribe!

How to Relocate or how to Teleport is one of the most frequently asked questions in Viking Rise mobile game. Most players who are new to the game have no idea about how Teleport function works or how or where to relocate city on the map. This topic can be confusing for a lot of players because there are too many features in the game and it gets harder to find what you want. In this post i am going to briefly explain you about how to relocate and also how to relocate to tribe in Viking Rise. So let’s check it out!

How To Relocate In Viking Rise

Before learning about how to relocate or how to teleport, you first need to understand the map in Viking Rise. When you tap on the big crosshair button at bottom left side of the screen you will be taken to the map. Now keep zooming out of the map until an option panel appears at left side of the screen. The options will include Tribe, Explore, Resources and Bookmarks (check the image below).

The Hero icon you see on the map above is the location of your city. The red, green and orange areas on the map are the territories of other tribes and thus you can not relocate anywhere within those territories. When you try to relocate in those regions you will get an error message “This Territory belongs to another Tribe. Unable to move City here“. You might also get the following message “Unable to use a City Relocator as the selected area is not part of the Tribe Territory“.

You can also notice that a large section of the map is greyish or brown colored in the above image. These grey colored areas denote that they are not territories of any tribes yet and thus you can relocate in these regions if you want. So i hope now you understand exactly where you can relocate and where you can’t teleport on the map in Viking Rise.

There are also different types of Relocators in the game. You will need one of these whenever you want to relocate or teleport. The type of Relocator you need will depend upon where you want to relocate on the map. Below you can learn about various relocators available in the game.

• Random Relocator – Moves your City to a random location on the map
• Fixed Relocator – Moves your City to a specified location on the map
• Territory Relocator – Teleports your City to a chosen location within Tribe territory

All these relocators can be purchased from Tavern Keeper at Honey Tavern. If you don’t yet know then let me tell you that Honey Tavern is a building which you can build in your city after upgrading Chief’s Hall to a specific level. You can buy Random Relocator for 1,000 gems, Territory Relocator for 1,500 gems and Fixed Relocator for 3,000 gems each.

Now let’s learn about how to relocate at a location of your choice on the map. First locate an area which is not a territory of any tribe (grey colored, as mentioned earlier). Tap and hold on any empty spot in that area for a couple of seconds to find a rotating white colored circle below your thumb. Now just remove your thumb from the screen and you will see a pop up with two buttons, Relocation and March.

Just tap on “Relocation” button to get a confirmation screen and get relocated or teleported to that location. This type of relocation requires a Fixed Relocator since we are specifying where we want to relocate. If you don’t have any Fixed Relocator in your bag then you will be asked to purchase one for 3,000 gems in order to relocate.

How To Relocate To Tribe In Viking Rise

Now let’s learn about how to relocate to tribe, since most players find it really confusing. The first thing you need to do is obviously join a Tribe. So if you haven’t yet joined one then make sure to do so using the Tribes button at bottom right corner of the screen. Join the one which has many members, larger tribe territory and high Gift Level.

The next step is to find your Tribe’s territory on the map. You can do this in two ways. In the first way you need to tap on “Tribe Territory” button at your tribe screen and then expand “Tribe Buildings” section. There you will be able to see the X and Y co-ordinates (location) of the Main Fort of your tribe. You can just tap on this co-ordinate location to be taken to your tribe’s territory on map.

You can also find your tribe territory using the locations of Tribe Flagtowers. Simply expand the “Tribe Flagtower” section on the same screen and you will see all flagtowers built by your tribe members. Just tap on any of the flagtower’s co-ordinates to be taken to your territory.

The second way to find your Tribe Territory is by using Bookmarks. There is a high chance that your Tribe Leader or any members might have added a bookmark for members to locate the territory. So you can simply arrive on map and tap on small star button near top left of the screen (just next to co-ordinates). After that choose the “Tribe” option to display all bookmarks added by your Tribe. Then you can tap on Go button in front of any bookmark to be taken to that location in your tribe territory.

Once you have located your tribe territory using any of the methods explained above, just tap and hold on an empty spot (as explained earlier) to relocate there. This will require a Territory Relocator as we are teleporting to a spot in our tribe territory. If you don’t have this relocator then you will be asked to purchase it for 1,500 gems to be able relocate in your tribe territory.

One more thing you need to know is that the game also provides you 1 Free Relocation Chance every 3 days, up to a maximum of 2 chances at a time. You can tap on the upward green arrow button at top left corner to open “Manage City” screen. There you will be able to see how much time still left before you get your next free relocation chance.
