How To Get Evan & Viole In TOG New World
Before learning about how to get both these SSR+ characters, it’s important to get to know their skills in the game. This will allow you to better understand the strengths of both these characters. So first let’s check out the Active and Passive skills together with Special Move of [Fast Ship] Evan.
The first active skill of Evan is called Destructive Urge. When this skill is upgraded to max level 5, Evan recovers 200 Energy and then deals 200% of his ATK as Damage to enemies in a straight line, knocking them back.
His second active skill is Hunger. At max level 5 of this skill, Evan recovers 200 Energy then removes debuffs from all allies. 25 additional Energy is restored for each debuff removed (up to 10). In addition, allies who no longer have debuffs recover HP equal to 200% of Evan’s ATK.
Evan’s passive skill is called Adam’s Glove using which he conceals the ally with the highest ATK at the start of the battle for 2 seconds and restores 200 Energy when they are revealed. In addition, Evan conceals himself for 2 seconds if his HP drops below 30%. Upon being revealed, he recovers 200 Energy and HP equal to 600% of his ATK (only once).
Using his special move Restoration Evan activates the Frog Fisher’s restoration ability to make all his allies Immortal for 6 seconds. Immortal allies’ HP cannot drop below 10%. Once Immortality is removed, HP is restored by 50% of DMG taken while it was active plus 200% of Evan’s ATK.
Now let’s quickly check out Viole’s skills and move. Her special move is called “Thorn” in which she activates the Thorn to increase his ATK by 80% & her Swiftness by 80 for 20s. In addition, she becomes immune to status effects. While the Thorn is active, Viole’s skills are enhanced and her basic attacks jolt targets. However, her Energy is not restored until the Thorn is no longer active.
Her first active skill is Peacock Wings. At max level 5 of this skill she teleports to the enemy, dealing 900% of his ATK as Damage and knocking them back, before returning to his original position. The skill is enhanced while the Thorn is active, dealing the same amount of damage to the enemies in the rear.

Her second active skill is called Black-Hole Sphere which allows her to create five baangs, which deal 400% of his ATK as DMG and jolts targets. While the Thorn is active, each baang flies at a random target and explodes, dealing 620% of his ATK as DMG and Stunning targets in range for 3 seconds.
Her passive is Viole’s Blue Oar which increases her Swiftness by 12 for every Red element ally at the start of the battle. Viole rides the Blue Oar to a safe location when attacked at close range, increasing his ATK by 8% until the end of the battle (Cooldown: 5s, Max Attack Increase: 5 stacks). The cooldown is reduced to 2s while the Thorn is active.
The first way to get both these SSR+ characters is by trying to pull them Summon screen. You will need Normal Summon Ticket or Suspendium for making summons, both of which can be obtained just by regularly playing the game. If you want to get more of them faster then you can also purchase them from in-game shop.
If you want to know the probability of getting Viole & Evan from summons then let me tell you that each of them have 0.025% chance to be summoned. Also, right now you have total 0.20% chance to get an SSR+ while summoning, which is not that low.
The next method is a guaranteed way to get an SSR+ (which can also be Evan or Viole) but might take a little long time (several days). In this method you simply need to keep summoning till you have completed 200 summons. At that point you will receive an SSR+ bonus which guarantees you an SSR+ character.
This next method is probably the only way in which you can choose the SSR+ character you want. By going to Control Center > Workshop Store > Gem you can find Uncommon & Rare crystal exchange shops where you can get specific SSR+ characters using Uncommon and Rare crystals. Items in these shops refresh daily so keep checking for Evan and Viole and purchase them when they appear.
The last (but least recommended) and the fastest way to get an SSR+ is to pay money. You can find some limited time special packs at in-game shop called “Special SSR Plus Pack” or similar by purchasing which you can get 60 SSR+ Soustone together with other resources. You can use 60 of these precious soulstone to get a random SSR+ teammate. However these packs are really expensive and thus not affordable by most players.
