Viking’s Reign is a permanent and recurring event in Viking Rise mobile game. This event is available every two weeks where it starts on Friday and runs till Tuesday in the game. This event gives you a great chance to collect massive amount of valuable rewards as well as a great chance to get the legendary Artur Hero and his shards. A lot of players are confused about how this Viking Reign event works and how to score points in this event. If you also have any confusion regarding this event then no need to worry anymore. In this post i will tell you everything you need to know about Vikings Reign and it’s stages in Viking Rise. So let’s check it out!
Viking Rise Vikings Reign Event
In Viking’s Reign event there are total 6 stages and each stage lasts for only 1 day. Each stage has it’s own specific objectives which you need to complete throughout that day in order to score points for that stage. The more score you attain during that stage, more rewards you can unlock and claim from Viking Reign event screen. Now let’s check out the objectives for each stage in Viking’s Reign.
Stage 1: Develop Infrastructure – This is the 1st stage of the event in which you can score points by increasing your Might using Building upgrades or by performing researches at Academy. Every 1 Might you gain by upgrading buildings or by researching at Acedemy, your score will increase by 10, or simply said, you will get 10 points. You can obtain rewards like 50K resource packs, 1-3 hour construction and research speed ups and even 150K resource packs at highest scores.
Stage 2: Defeat The Enemies – This is the 2nd stage of the event in which you can score points by defeating Niflungs and Niflung Leaders in the open world. The level of these enemies doesn’t matter so you can also defeat level 1 Niflungs and Niflung Leaders to get points for this stage. Every time you defeat 1 Niflungs, you will get 1500 points and by defeating every Niflung Leader you will get 6,000 points.
To find Niflungs, tap on crosshair button at bottom left corner and then tap on magnifying glass button. Now select “Niflung” and tap on search button to find Niflungs on the map to attack. If your squad is not much powerful yet then make sure to specify to search for level 1 or level 2 Niflungs only. This way you will be able to get more points for Stage 2 easily.
To find Niflung Leaders, zoom out a little bit in the open world and then look for the icon shown in the image below. This icon denotes Niflung Leaders and the number below the icon shows the level of that Niflung Leader. These enemies are quite powerful so you will need to take help from your tribe by creating a rally and then attack Niflung Leader with your tribe members.
Stage 3: Arming The Troops – This is the 3rd stage of Viking’s Reign event in which you can score points training and promoting troops at Barracks. Stage 4: Resource Procurement – This 4th stage of the event is also quite easy just like stage 3. In this stage you can score points simply by gathering resources from resource points in the open world. Below you can check how many points do you get for different quantities of all 4 resources.
- Gather 50 Food on the map to get 1 Point
- Gather 50 Lumber on the map to get 1 Point
- Gather 35 Stone on the map to get 1 Point
- Gather 25 Gold on the map to get 1 Point
Stage 5: Hero Development – This is the 5th stage in which you need to summon at Hall of Valor and spend different hero shards in order to get points for this stage. Below you can check the exact objectives of this stage as well as how many points do you get by completing each objective.
- For each Summon you perform at Hall of Valor you get 12,000 points
- For every Rare Hero Shard you consume you get 600 points
- For every Epic Hero Shard you consume you get 2,000 points
- For every Legendary Hero Shards you consume you get 6,000 points
Stage 6: Plunderer’s Feast – This is the last stage of Viking Reign event in which you can get points by killing or heavily wounding different tiers of troops. Below you can check the exact objectives of this stage as well as how many points do you get by completing each objective.
- Kill/Heavily wound 2 Tier 1 units to get 1 point
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 2 units to get 1 point
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 3 units to get 2 points
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 4 units to get 3 points
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 5 units to get 4 points
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 6 units to get 6 points
- Kill/Heavily wound 1 Tier 7 units to get 10 points
So these are the six stages of Viking’s Reign event in Viking Rise. Other than different stage specific rewards you get by scoring points, you can also get Ranking Rewards from this event. You get two types of ranking rewards, the first one is stage specific and the second one is determined by adding your total points collected from all 6 stages.
In order to be eligible for Stage Specific Ranking Rewards you need to be in top 100 players and must also score at least 50,000 points in a stage. For Total Score Ranking Rewards you need to be among top 100 players and must have also scored at least 1,000,000 points from all 6 stages. You can check all Ranking Rewards according to different ranks by tapping on “Rankings” button at Viking’s Reign event screen.
A lot of players wonder how to get Artur from this event since they don’t find him in any stage rewards. Well, in order to get Artur your total score at the end of the event should be at least 1,000,000 and you must also be among top 100 players. You can switch to “Overall” tab at “Rankings” screen to check how many Artur Shards you can get according to different ranks.
Viking Rise Viking’s Reign Tips
Since each stage lasts for only 1 day therefore you need to be fast to score as many points as possible within 24 hours. So here are some tips for each stage of Vikings Reign event using which you will be able to score more points in less time.
Stage 1 Tips – In this stage it is recommended to use speed ups to quickly upgrade buildings and perform researches at Academy. So make sure you have enough speed ups already saved before the beginning of this stage. You should also join an active tribe and request assists from your tribe (by tapping on handshake button right above the building) to reduce the required time.
Stage 2 Tips – The best tip for this stage is to attack only level 1 Niflungs and Niflung Leaders as the level of enemies doesn’t matter. Stage 3 Tips – Utilize the same tip as Stage 1, i.e. use Training Speed ups to quickly train and promote troops.
Stage 4 Tips – Make sure you are able to deploy 3 queues for gathering (by leveling up your Chief’s Hall). Other than that make sure to increase troop capacity so that you are able to deploy more troops at each resource point to collect max possible resource. You can also use Gathering Boosts to increase the gathering speed of resources.

Stage 6 Tips – In this stage you need to attack other players’ cities on the map. You should always scout the base before attacking.
