Viking Rise Leidolf In Hiding
In this event you start by defeating Niflungs on the map who are troops of defeated soldiers, deserters or vanguard of certain squads. In order to search for these Niflungs you can just tap on the “Go” button at Leidolf In Hiding event’s screen. You will then be taken to the open world map where you can specify the level of Niflung you want to attack and then search for them.
You can find and attack up to level 25 Niflungs on the map. Although defeating high level Niflungs gives you increased and better rewards but they are also more strong and hard to defeat. Therefore it’s best to attack only low level Niflungs until you have trained a good number of troops and have a strong squad.
During this event you will get a Grim Box in your Mail whenever you defeat a Niflung. The great thing is that the level of Niflung doesn’t matter in this event. This means if your squad is not that strong yet, you still have a high chance to get a Grim Box even by defeating Level 1 Niflungs.

How To Unlock Dragon Lair In Viking Rise
In order to get Leidolf you first need to obtain Iron Bell and Bronze Bell by opening Grim Boxes. It’s actually not that hard to get both these bells because Iron Bell has 14% chance while Bronze Bell has 6% chance to drop from Grim Box. Another thing to note is that you don’t directly get Leidolf hero, instead you need to obtain 10 Leidolf shards to unlock him.
When you “Use” Iron Bell from your “Item” screen it will spawn an enemy called Vanguard Leidolf on the map close to your city. The game recommends 30,000 Tier 1 Troops for defeating him. You can obtain Leidolf shard, Gems, Hero Experience, Food, Lumber, Stone, Gold, Speedups and Common Resource Chests by defeating him.
Note that you can’t attack him solo. You will need to join a Tribe and then make a Rally with at least one of your Tribe Members in order to attack him. After defeating Vanguard Leidolf you will get two mails, the first one will display battle result with details and the second one will be a “Battle Report” from which you can claim the rewards for defeating Vanguard Leidolf.
Your rewards depend upon how much damage you deal to Vanguard Leidolf. So in order to get better rewards and more Leidolf shards try to make a rally with as many high tier troops as possible. Rally Initiators (in this case it’s you) get additional rewards together with regular rewards for beating Vanguard.
Similarly you can use Bronze Bell to summon an enemy called Slayer Leidolf and defeat him to get even better rewards, including Leidolf shards obviously. He is little more stronger than Vanguard Leidolf therefore the game recommends at least 52,500 T1 troops for defeating him.
You need to defeat him in the same way as Vanguard Leidolf, by making a Rally. However note that if none of your tribe members join your rally within your chosen preparation time (5 Mins, 10 Mins, 30 Mins or 8 Hours) then your Bronze Bell will be consumed and energy will be refunded but you won’t get any reward. This means your Bronze Bell will simply be wasted. Therefore make sure your tribe members are online and available before using the bells.
Once you have obtained 10 Leidolf shards by defeating Vangaurd and Slayer Leidolf you can visit the “Hero” screen to finally unlock Leidolf. Further Leidolf shards you obtain can be used for upgrading the Talents of Leidolf and Ascend him. Leidolf is actually a good hero to have in your squad so make sure to participate in this event whenever it’s available.
So this is how to get Leidolf and everything you need to know about Leidolf In Hiding event in Viking Rise. Please Make Sure to share this post and visit this Website everyday for more Tips, Tricks and Guides on Viking Rise and other latest android games!
