“Reach the upper level platform” is a task for “Conspiracy Exposed” mission in Tower of Fantasy. Conspiracy Exposed is a quest you will need to complete during the main story quest line in the game. In this quest you are required to pass trough different obstacles to complete this quest and move further in story. Players often get stuck during one of the task in this mission which requires you to reach the upper level platform. Reach The Upper Level Platform In Tower of Fantasy
As mentioned above, this is a task or quest you need to complete during Conspiracy Exposed mission in Tower of Fantasy. In this task you need to find a way to enter a room which is located at upper level of a platform but the problem is that the room is protected by a shield. You can’t break through the shield no matter which weapon or relic you try to use, it’s unbreakable.
That’s not the only obstacle, the area outside the room (lower level) is also completely filled with water so you can’t even stand outside the room. There is a chest at the other side of water which you can open and loot by swimming through the small pool but other than that you can’t do much. Even on reaching the other side of water there is no way to reach the upper level platform. So the question is how to complete the conspiracy exposed quest then? How To Reach The Upper Level Platform In Conspiracy Exposed
The room at upper level is protected with a shield and the outside of the room is filled with water. So in order to enter the room we need to find a way to either break the shield or get rid of the water. As mentioned earlier that breaking the shield is not possible by any means so we must find a way to drain out the water, but how do we do it?

Well, if you simply look around you will find another room right next to where you are standing. This room is not on the other side of water (with a chest), instead it is located right next to the spot you arrive after completing the last task of this quest. In the image below you can see the location of this room.
On entering this room you will find a valve at left side which will display a “Release Water” button on standing next to it. This valve is visible in the above image as well. Just tap on this button to start draining out the water from outside the target room.
All water from outside the room will now be drained away within few seconds of turning the valve. You will then be able to see the lower level of the platform along with stairs leading to the upper level. So you can now conveniently use the stairs to reach the upper level platform and continue your progress in the quest.
You will also find one more chest from the lower level after releasing the water so make sure to open it and claim the items. This way you will find total 2 chests just from this small area. If you hadn’t opened the chest at the other side while the lower level was filled with water then you can now easily open that chest as well.
